I hear you! I have been there myself on my own health journey, feeling muddled about the changes I was making, trying to work out the best way forward for my own healing and recovery, and creating a new lifestyle full of health and vitality for me and my family. I’ve done hours of learning and research striving to expand my knowledge on ways to nourish and nurture myself to better health. I know what it is like to feel that you are alone, to be doing things differently to everyone around you and to not have someone who you can turn to while making these changes.
I want you to know that you are not alone, that there is someone there who is on the same wavelength as you, and that you have support as you make changes towards your healing and health. As a Health and Lifestyle Mentor, I am here to support you to nourish and nurture yourself through changing habits, real food, self-care rituals and essential oils. My purpose is healing, growth and self-discovery, and living a healthy, simple, eco life with my family. I am one of many who had to experience a major health crisis to awaken to good health and self-love. Becoming a mother opened my eyes to the importance of self-care. I am passionate about all things health and wellness, especially the widespread harm being caused across the generations from poor food choices and the toxins in our environment. The health of tomorrow will depend on what we do today. Everyone can make a difference by the choices we make!

I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all package when it comes to mentoring. Chat with me about your health journey and get support making small, sustainable changes. I can provide a fresh perspective on your health and lifestyle, and guidance on what to focus on or what your may have overlooked or a new direction to take. I can show you new ways of doing things; how to navigate your local supermarket or farmers market, ways to add self-care rituals to your daily rhythms using essential oils, we can cook a meal together or organise food prep for the week, and share ideas how you can start living a simple life. I am flexible with how mentoring works best for you, and after a free meet and greet, I don’t believe in locking you into a monthly program. Through my Mentor Meet Ups I will support you one-to-one in a way that best works for where your are at with your healing, health and lifestyle.
